Yes, you can redeem your points at Sepiia physical stores in Madrid and Barcelona.
If you refer a friend to Sepiia, you'll both receive a reward. Your friend will automatically receive a €10 voucher to use on their first purchase. When your friend makes this purchase of €50 or more, you'll receive 1,000 points in your account once the order has been approved (18 days after the purchase). Remember that you can share your referral link from your private area on our website.
Points earned from purchases and referrals have an 18-day approval period. This means your points will appear as "pending" during this time and you can only use them once 18 days have passed since the purchase was made or your friend completed their order.
Yes, you can redeem your points during sales, but not with all promotions. Keep in mind that points are redeemed using codes that you must enter at checkout, and these codes cannot be combined with other discounts or free shipping. Therefore, they cannot be used with other promotions that have an associated coupon other than the loyalty coupon.
