How do I join Sepiia Club?
How do I earn points?
You can earn points simply by signing up if you're new to Sepiia, or by making purchases with us. You'll earn points for every purchase. You can also earn points for various activities such as following us on social media, subscribing to the newsletter, and leaving purchase reviews.
What are the program levels?
We have 3 levels that each user can progress through.
* Core - The initial level
* Advance - You access having spent €200 or more on orders
* Smart - You access having spent €400 or more on orders
How many points do I get for each purchase?
It depends on your level.
* If you are at the Core level, you can get 5 points for every euro spent.
* If you are at the Advance level, you can get 7 points for every euro spent.
* And if you are at the Smart level, you can get 10 points for every euro spent.
How many points do I need to redeem rewards?
It depends on the coupon you wish to redeem.
* To redeem a €5 coupon - You need 500 points
* To redeem a €10 coupon - You need 1000 points
* To redeem a €20 coupon - You need 2000 points
* To redeem a €30 coupon - You need 3000 points
* To redeem a free shipping coupon - You need 500 points
Can I redeem my points in the physical store?
Yes, you can redeem your points at Sepiia's physical stores in Madrid and Barcelona.
How does the referral system work?
If you refer a friend to Sepiia, you both get a reward. Your friend will automatically receive a €10 voucher that they can use on their first purchase. When your friend makes this purchase of over €50, you will receive 1000 points in your account once the order has been approved (18 days after they made the purchase). Remember that you can share your referral link from your private area on our website.
When can I use the points I earn from purchases or when I invite a friend?
Points earned from purchases and referrals have an 18-day approval period. This means your points will appear as "pending" during this time and you will only be able to use them once the 18-day period has passed since the purchase was made or your friend completed their order.
Can I use my points on sales or in conjunction with other promotions?
Yes, you can redeem your points during sales, but not with all promotions. Please note that points are redeemed using codes that you must enter during checkout, and these codes cannot be combined with other discounts or free shipping. Therefore, they cannot be used with other promotions that have a coupon different from the loyalty coupon.
If I made a purchase at Sepiia in the past, will I receive equivalent points now?
It depends; if you made the purchase in the last 3 months, then it will appear in your history. If you made the purchase before those 3 months, it won't.
