What is Sepiia Club?
Sepiia Club is a loyalty programme designed to reward our most loyal customers. As a member, you can earn points for signing up, for following us on social media, for every purchase you make, and more. You can then redeem your points for rewards and also get benefits such as early access to new collections.
How do I join Sepiia Club?
Joining Sepiia Club is easy. Just create an account on our website and you will be automatically enrolled in the programme.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points by signing up if you are new to Sepiia, or by shopping with us. You earn points on every purchase. You can also earn points through other activities, such as following us on social media, subscribing to the newsletter and leaving reviews of your purchases.
What are the programme levels?
There are 3 levels that every member can move through:
- Core: the starting level
- Advance: unlocked when you have spent €200 or more on orders
- Smart: unlocked when you have spent €400 or more on orders
How many points do I get for each purchase?
It depends on your level:
- Core: 5 points per euro spent
- Advance: 7 points per euro spent
- Smart: 10 points per euro spent
How many points do I need to redeem rewards?
It depends on the coupon you want to redeem:
- €5 coupon: 500 points
- €10 coupon: 1,000 points
- €20 coupon: 2,000 points
- €30 coupon: 3,000 points
- Free shipping coupon: 500 points
Can I redeem my points in store?
Yes, you can redeem your points at Sepiia's stores in Madrid and Barcelona.
How does the referral programme work?
When you refer a friend to Sepiia, you both get a reward. Your friend automatically receives a €10 coupon to use on their first purchase. When your friend makes this purchase of more than €50, you receive 1,000 points in your account once the order has been approved (18 days after the purchase). You can share your referral link from your account area on our website.
When can I use the points I earn from purchases or referrals?
Points earned from purchases and referrals have an 18-day approval period. During this time your points appear as "pending". You can only use them once 18 days have passed since the purchase was made or since your friend completed their order.
Can I use my points during sales or with other promotions?
Yes, you can redeem your points during sales, but not with every promotion. Points are redeemed with codes that you enter at checkout, and these codes cannot be combined with other discounts or free shipping. This means they cannot be used with other promotions that require a coupon other than your loyalty coupon.
If I made a purchase at Sepiia in the past, will I get the equivalent points now?
It depends. If you made the purchase in the last 3 months, it will appear in your history. Purchases made more than 3 months ago will not.
