1. Organizer

This giveaway is organized by Sepiia, whose full identification details (company name, tax ID and registered address) are available in the Legal Notice on the website.

2. Purpose of the giveaway

The purpose of this giveaway is to promote subscriptions to the Sepiia newsletter by giving away 3 prizes of €100, which will be randomly awarded to 3 profiles among those who subscribed during the giveaway campaign.

3. Territorial scope

The giveaway is open to residents of Spain, excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

4. Duration

The participation period begins on 08/10/2026 and ends on 21/10/2026 at 23:59. The winner will be announced on 21/10/2026.

5. Eligibility requirements

• Be over 18 years of age.
• Successfully subscribe to the Sepiia newsletter during the giveaway period.
• Provide a valid and genuine email address.
• Each person may enter only once per email address.
• Sepiia employees, as well as anyone directly involved in organizing the giveaway, are not eligible to participate.

6. How the giveaway works

Entry is automatic upon subscribing to the Sepiia newsletter within the stated period. Once the participation period has ended, the winner will be selected at random using an application that picks winners from among all registered participants.

The giveaway will be promoted mainly through third-party advertising platforms, such as social media and online advertising services. Newsletter subscription and entry into the giveaway will take place through forms provided by Sepiia.

7. Prize

The prize consists of 3 vouchers worth €100 each, for a total retail value of €300.

Prize details

• The voucher can be redeemed for garments in Sepiia's online store and physical stores.
  
• The voucher will be valid for 30 calendar days from the date the winner is notified.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or for products other than those specified.
• The voucher will not generate any additional credit or balance in the winner's favor.
• Sepiia is not responsible for any shipping costs.

8. Winner notification

The winner will be contacted by Sepiia at the email address provided when subscribing. If the voucher is not used within 30 calendar days of the notification being sent, Sepiia reserves the right to declare the prize void.

9. Personal data protection

The personal data provided by participants will be processed in accordance with current data protection regulations.

Data may be collected through advertising campaigns on third-party platforms, such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Under no circumstances will these platforms be responsible for the giveaway or for the subsequent processing of the data, which will be managed exclusively by Sepiia.
