1. Organizer

This giveaway is organized by Sepiia, whose full identification details (company name, CIF, and address) are available in the Legal Notice on the website.

2. Purpose of the giveaway

The purpose of this giveaway is to promote subscription to Sepiia's newsletter by drawing 5 prizes of €100 each, which will be randomly distributed to 5 profiles among those subscribed to the giveaway campaign.

3. Territorial Scope

The giveaway is valid for residents in Spain. Except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.

4. Duration

The participation period begins on 08/04/2026 and ends on 19/04/2026 at 23:59. The winner will be announced on 20/04/2026.

5. Participation Requirements

• Be over 18 years of age.
• Subscribe correctly to the Sepiia newsletter during the giveaway period.
• Provide a valid and truthful email.
• Each person may participate only once per email address.
• Employees of Sepiia, as well as any person directly linked to the organization of the giveaway, are excluded from participation.

6. Giveaway Mechanics

Participation will be automatic upon subscription to the Sepiia newsletter within the specified period. After the participation period ends, the winner will be selected randomly through an application that chooses winners from all registered participants.

The giveaway will be mainly disseminated through third-party advertising platforms, such as social networks and online advertising services. Newsletter subscription and giveaway participation will be done through forms provided by Sepiia.

7. Prize

The prize consists of 5 coupons, each valued at €100, totaling a commercial value of €500.

Prize characteristics

• The coupon can be redeemed only for items in the ICE collection on Sepiia's online store.
  
• The coupon will be valid for 30 calendar days from the date of notification to the winner.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for money, or for other products different from those indicated.
• The coupon will not generate additional balance or credit for the winner, and cannot be used for the purchase of products other than those from the ICE Collection.
• Sepiia is not responsible for any shipping costs.

8. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted by Sepiia via the email provided during subscription. If no response is received within 7 calendar days from the date of communication, Sepiia reserves the right to declare the prize forfeited or to select a new winner.

Personal data provided by participants will be processed in accordance with current data protection regulations.
