No, not all of our garments are stain-resistant. It depends on the type of fabric they are made from.

At Sepiia, we have different types of fabrics, and not all of them have the same stain-resistant, anti-odor properties, etc. Therefore, we always recommend checking the product page, where the type of fabric for each garment and its properties are detailed.

Sepiia's stain-resistant fabric technology is designed for everyday use, not for extreme situations.

The garments help repel common liquids such as coffee, water, soft drinks, or some sauces.

However, the result may vary depending on how the liquid falls: if the liquid is poured with pressure, or if the stain is rubbed, the effect may be reduced.

Dry stains, such as dust or dirt from friction, do not depend on this technology.

Yes, most of our fabrics incorporate antibacterial properties that help reduce odor-causing bacteria. So you can wear them more often than conventional clothing without worrying as much about the smell.

This allows you to space out washes and maintain a fresh feeling for longer.

Caution: If body odor is strong, the antibacterial treatment will not be as effective.

Yes, Sepiia fabrics are designed to be comfortable and safe in contact with the skin. The technological treatment does not use harmful substances in the textile treatments.

Sepiia has its own patented technology. The stain-resistant technology of Sepiia fabrics makes liquids slide off the surface instead of penetrating, helping the garment stay clean in daily use.

It is not a plastic coating but a permanent modification of the fabric, so the garment remains comfortable and breathable. This way, you can face unforeseen events—like a drink or a sauce—without worrying so much about your clothes.

The lifespan of your garment will largely depend on how much you take care of it. We have reduced the care required to a simple process: machine wash, hang on a hanger, do not use bleach, do not rub stains.
By following these instructions, the garment should last at least 3 times longer than a normal garment.

The name Sepiia refers to the cuttlefish of the sea, whose skin is the most intelligent in the world. They can change the colour and texture of their skin in an elaborate and conscious way. In addition to relating it to this animal, we wanted to make a nod to old photographic development, where sepia colour was used so that these photographs would delay their degradation and resist the passage of time.

The double “ii” stands for smart clothing. We know that no one uses the term clothing to refer to what we do, but the word “clothing” seems too simple to us and the word “fashion” has a series of temporary connotations (trends) that we do not identify with, since we make long-lasting garments with a timeless character.

At Sepiia, we work with factories specialized in different countries (Spain and Portugal among them), selected for their quality and technical level.

All our suppliers are audited and comply with our production and responsibility standards.

We prioritize how it's made, not just where.

Sepiia garments are mainly made from our own technical fabrics based on high-performance polyester, often from recycled sources.

The exact composition depends on each garment and is detailed in its product sheet, as is the technological treatment applied that gives them their smart properties.

They are designed to offer comfort, durability, and less need for care.

What's important is not just the material, but how it performs.

Our commitment to sustainability is one of our core values. At Sepiia, we design garments that last longer and require fewer washes, which significantly reduces their impact compared to conventional clothing.

Many of our garments have significant reductions in water and emissions (according to impact sheets).

Our garments are priced higher than a conventional shirt because they incorporate advanced textile technology. They are designed to last longer and require less care.

On a daily basis, this means less washing, less ironing, and less replacement. In the long run, the cost per wear is often lower than that of a conventional garment.

Of course. Sepiia shirts and polo shirts can be washed like a normal garment in the washing machine or by hand. We always advise following the washing instructions.

Remember that the outer side of the fabric has a stain-resistant finish. However, the inner side is absorbent, which allows the garment to expel moisture outwards. Therefore, once the fabric is submerged in water and the inner side is soaked, the outer side also gets wet, allowing the garment to be washed normally.

Sepiia shirts and polo shirts can be washed like any normal garment in the washing machine or by hand. We always recommend following the washing instructions:

* Do not use bleach,

* Iron at medium temperature / Two dots on the iron (120ºC),

* Hand wash or machine wash cold (30-40ºC),

* Do not dry clean,

* Wash with similar colors.

We advise you to take the garment out of the washing machine and hang it on a hanger to dry once the wash cycle is complete. This way, the fabric will return to its original position and you will avoid annoying wrinkles.

Thanks to its technology, you'll have to wash your Sepiia garments less frequently than a regular shirt. It all depends on the type of use the garment is given, but, like jeans, shirts or polo shirts can be worn for days without needing to be washed.

Viscous liquids, such as ketchup or syrups, slide more slowly over the fabric. To remove them, we recommend using water to rinse the products away from the fabric. DO NOT RUB. If you rub the stain, it will end up penetrating the inner side of the fabric, which is untreated, and therefore, the garment will become stained.

Sepiia's stain-resistant fabric technology is designed to be with you for a long time.

The functional properties are maintained with regular use of the garment, as long as basic care guidelines are followed.

We recommend washing in cold water, avoiding fabric softeners, and air-drying to best preserve its performance.

Yes, shirts and polo shirts can be ironed, but always at a medium-low temperature.
Since they are made of a thermoplastic fabric, a high ironing temperature could damage the shirt.

We have garments that minimize wrinkles (our solid-colored shirts and polos) and garments in which they are completely eliminated (our printed shirts and polos).

For best everyday performance, we recommend hanging the garment on a hanger after washing, after use or after your travels and the next day you will see how the wrinkles almost completely disappear.

If there are any small wrinkles, they will usually be corrected by body heat when wearing it. You can iron it at a maximum of 120ºC (2 iron points) once in every 10 washes.

If you rub the stain, it can penetrate the fabric. If this happens, you can use KH7 or a specific stain remover for grease, rub the inside of the garment and wash it as usual.

You should bear in mind that the stain-resistant treatment is applied only to the outside of the garment, so the inside may become stained due to the garment rubbing against the body. These stains disappear by washing the garment as indicated above.

If the garment gets stained due to rubbing or dust, wash it as usual.

We guarantee that the garment will shrink 0% after washing throughout its life cycle. We have carried out the corresponding tests in the AITEX laboratories.

We do not recommend using fabric softener with Sepiia garments, as it can leave residue on the fabric fibers and reduce their technological performance over time.

For good results, a mild detergent is sufficient.

We do not recommend tumble-drying Sepiia garments. In most cases, you won't need to.

The garments are designed to dry quickly and retain their shape without ironing if air-dried.

High temperatures could damage the fabric's technological treatment and affect the garment's properties in the long term.

Nevertheless, you can occasionally tumble dry at a low temperature if necessary.

Sepiia plain-coloured shirts come in two different fits: a “slim fit”, fitted but not excessively tight, and a “regular fit”, looser especially in the abdominal area. The fabric is quite stretchy, so it adapts well to different body types.

In the case of printed shirts, the fit is unique, and is an intermediate fit between SLIM FIT and REGULAR FIT.

In the case of polo shirts, the fit is also unique.

If you want to exchange your item for another size or another model, you have 15 days from delivery to do so. In December we are extending the period for exchanges and returns until January 15 so that you do not have any problems with the gifts.

To manage this, contact us at our email address, clientes@sepiia.com, indicating your name and surname, address and your order number, as well as the new item and size you want instead.

Once we receive your request, we will send you the new item via courier and upon delivery, we will collect the item you wish to exchange. The exchange will be made at the same delivery address. If you wish to exchange it, you must indicate this via email.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 15 days of receiving it at the address provided on the website. To do so, contact SEPIIA using our email address, clientes@sepiia.com. In the email you must indicate that you are withdrawing from the purchase made, name, surname, ID and order number. We will reply to that email with the steps to follow.

Sepiia 2080 SL will be responsible for the costs of shipping the item plus the costs of the first exchange or return within the Iberian Peninsula. In the event of exchanging the item for the second time or making a return after the first exchange, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

In the Canary and Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and abroad we manage changes as a return and a new purchase. You have 14 days from delivery to do so, and the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

Our garments are not indestructible, but they do have a series of qualities that we have tested in the AITEX laboratories and we can confirm that they work.

The stain-resistant finish has some limitations that we indicate to customers, such as the distance from which the liquid is poured or the temperature of the liquid.

In the case of anti-wrinkle, we have designs in which there is a 100% reduction in wrinkles and others in which the reduction is greater than 85%.
