What is Sepiia Club?
Sepiia Club is a loyalty program designed to reward our customers for their continued patronage. As a member, you will be able to earn points for signing up, for following us on social media, and for every purchase you make with us. You can then redeem the points for various rewards.
How do I join Sepiia Club?
Joining the Sepiia Club is easy. Simply create an account on our website and you'll be automatically enrolled in the program.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points simply by registering if you're new to Sepiia, or by making purchases with us. For every euro you spend, you'll earn one point.
If I made a purchase at Sepiia in the past, will I receive equivalent points now?
No, unfortunately the new rewards program does not provide retroactive points for purchases made before its introduction.
Do my points expire?
Yes, points expire after 365 days. Point expiration dates vary by program, so be sure to check your account to see when your points expire.
Why did I receive fewer points for my purchase?
When calculating the total points charged to the user per purchase, VAT is not taken into account. For example, if your purchase was €95 (21% VAT is included in the price), you would receive 78 points.
Can I transfer my points to another person?
No, points are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the account holder.
What happens if I return a product that I earned points for?
If you return a product for which you earned points, those points will be deducted from your account.
How do I check my points balance?
You can check your points balance by logging into your Club Sepiia account and navigating to the rewards section in the launcher (in the bottom left corner of the screen). Your points balance will be displayed there.

Can I redeem my points in the physical store?
Yes, you can redeem your points at Sepiia's physical stores in Madrid and Barcelona. You do not need to redeem any of the discounts listed on this page. You can redeem the points directly in the store when making your payment. The caps can only be redeemed for online purchases.
