What is Sepiia Club?
Sepiia Club is a loyalty program designed to reward our customers for their continued patronage. As a member, you will be able to earn points for signing up, for following us on social media, and for every purchase you make with us. You can then redeem the points for various rewards.
How do I join Sepiia Club?
Joining the Sepiia Club is easy. Simply create an account on our website and you will be automatically enrolled in the program.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points by simply signing up, following us on social media, and making purchases with us. For every dollar you spend, you'll earn one point.
If I made a purchase at Sepiia in the past, will I receive equivalent points now?
No, unfortunately the new rewards program does not provide retroactive points for purchases made before its introduction.
Do my points expire?
Yes, points expire after 365 days. Points expiration dates vary by program, so be sure to check your account to see when your points expire.
Why did I receive fewer points for my purchase?
When calculating the total points per purchase that will be charged to the user, VAT is not taken into account. For example, if your purchase was €95 (21% VAT is included in the price), you would receive 78pts.
Can I transfer my points to another person?
No, points are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the account holder.
What happens if I return a product that I earned points for?
If you return a product for which you earned points, those points will be deducted from your account.
How do I check my points balance?
You can check your points balance by logging into your Sepiia Club account and navigating to the rewards section in the launcher (bottom left corner of the screen). Your points balance will be displayed there.

Sí, puedes canjear tus puntos en las tiendas físicas de Sepiia de Madrid y Barcelona. No hace falta que canjees ningún descuento de los que aparecen en esta página. Puedes canjear los puntos directamente en la tienda al hacer tu pago. Las gorras solo se canjean en compras online.
