Returns and Exchanges - Spain (Peninsula)
If you wish to exchange or return your garment in Spain (Peninsula), you have 15 calendar days from the delivery date. To manage this, please follow these steps:
EXCHANGES
1. Contact us at clientes@sepiia.com requesting the garment exchange.
2. Once the exchange request is received, the courier service will be instructed to proceed with the delivery and collection.
For exchanges, the cost will be:
- First exchange (home delivery): FREE
- Second exchange or return: €4.95
For home exchanges, you must confirm the shipping address. We will send you the new garment and collect the one you already have at the time of delivery.
RETURNS
To make a return, you have the following options:
1. At a FREE drop-off point: Deliver the packaged garment to your nearest drop-off point within a maximum of 5 days from the request.
2. Home collection €4.95: write to us at clientes@sepiia.com with your order number and confirm the collection address. Provide a day and a 3-hour window between 8:00-14:00 or 16:00-19:00 on business days. We will arrange a collection with the Nacex courier service on the day and time you indicate.
3. Return after an exchange or a second return within the same order → always cost €4.95, regardless of whether it's collected at a drop-off point or home. Write to us at clientes@sepiia.com so we can manage it for you.
Do you want to return it to a physical store?
*Once we receive the item, we will check that everything is in order. Refunds for returns may take up to 30 calendar days.
**We will not update the status of any exchange or return until we have received the item at our warehouse. Furthermore, we will not accept used, damaged, or unlabeled garments.
***Exchanges or returns are not accepted for 'Sample Sale' products, personalized shirts, or gift cards. Products obtained with a gift card can be exchanged for a different size and/or color.
Returns and Exchanges - Balearic Islands and International
For the Balearic Islands and International orders, you have 30 calendar days to return your purchase. We do not offer exchanges. You can make a return and place a new order.
To manage this, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us via our email address clientes@sepiia.com or customer service phone +34 647 715 822, providing your full name, address, and order number.
2. You must send the garment to our warehouse within a maximum of 5 days from the request (shipping costs and possible customs fees will be borne by the customer; no package with pending payment costs will be accepted at the warehouse, so it must be delivered without any cost to be paid) to the following address:

3. Once we receive the item, we will refund the amount for the garment through the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund may take up to 30 days from its arrival at the warehouse.
We will not offer any refund until we have received the item at our warehouse, and we will not accept used, damaged, or unlabeled garments.
*Exchanges or returns are not accepted for 'Sample Sale' products, personalized shirts, or gift cards. Products obtained with a gift card can be exchanged for a different size and/or color.
Returns and Exchanges - Physical Store
You can make an exchange or return at our store in Madrid or Barcelona.

You must provide the order number to our store associates and the reason for the exchange/return.
If you wish to exchange or return your garment, you have 15 calendar days from delivery.
Package Inspection upon Receipt
It is important that upon receiving your order, you verify that the package is in good condition, has not been opened, and shows no visible damage.
If the outer packaging is damaged upon delivery, we recommend following these steps:

Ask the delivery person to make a note of the damage when signing for the package.

Take a photograph of the damaged package, ensuring that the shipping label is also clearly visible.

Send us an email to clientes@sepiia.com within a maximum of 48 hours from receiving the order, attaching the image and any other relevant information.
This will allow us to handle the incident quickly and efficiently.
Inspection of the Received Garment
It is important that upon receiving your order, you verify that the garment is in good condition and shows no defects.
If it is damaged upon delivery, we need you to follow these steps:
