Exchanges and returns - Spain (Peninsula)

If you wish to exchange or return your item, you normally have 15 calendar days from delivery, but we have extended the deadline to 15/01. For orders placed from November 18th onwards . To manage this, follow these steps:

1. Contact us at clientes@sepiia.com requesting an exchange or return of the garment.

2. Once the request for exchange or return is received, the courier service will be instructed to proceed with the shipment and/or collection.

In the case of returns , the cost will be:
- FREE collection point : Deliver the packaged garment to your nearest collection point within a maximum of 5 days from the request.

- Home delivery €4.95 : You must confirm the collection address and provide a 3-hour window between 8:00-14:00 or 16:00-19:00 on business days.

In the case of changes , the cost will be:
- First exchange (at home): FREE
- Second exchange or return (home delivery): €4.95
For home exchanges, you must confirm the shipping address, we will send you the new garment and at the time of delivery we will collect the one you already have.

3. When we receive the item we will proceed to confirm that everything is correct , this may take up to 30 calendar days from the request.
  






If you selected semi-immediate refund through Reveni, you will receive your refund within a couple of days via the same method you used to make the purchase.

If the purchase was made using the cash on delivery payment method, you must provide us with an account number (IBAN) to clientes@sepiia.com , so that we can refund the amount by bank transfer when we receive the garment.

We will not update the status of any exchange or return until we have received the item in our warehouse. Additionally, we will not accept used, damaged, or missing items.

*No exchanges or returns are accepted on 'Sample Sale' products, personalized shirts, or gift cards. Products purchased with a gift card are eligible for size and/or color exchanges.









 

 

Exchanges and returns - Balearic Islands and International

You normally have 30 calendar days to return your purchase, but we have extended the deadline until 15/01 for orders placed from November 18th onwards. We do not offer exchanges. You can return an item and place a new order.

To manage it, follow these steps:

1. Contact us via our email address clientes@sepiia.com or customer service phone number +34 647 715 822, indicating your name and surname, address and your order number.

2. You must send the garment to our warehouse within a maximum of 5 days from the request (shipping costs and any customs fees will be borne by the customer; no package with outstanding charges will be accepted at the warehouse, so they must be delivered free of charge) to the following address:

3. Once we receive the item, we will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the purchase. The refund may take up to 30 days from the date the item is received in our warehouse.

We will not offer any refunds until we have received the item in our warehouse. In addition, we will not accept used, damaged, or tagless garments.

Exchanges and returns - Physical store

You can make an exchange or a return at our store in Madrid or Barcelona.

Madrid: Hortaleza Street, 102

Barcelona: Rambla de Catalunya, 89

You must provide the order number to our store colleagues and the reason for the exchange/return.

If you wish to exchange or return your item, you normally have 15 calendar days from delivery, but we have extended the deadline until 15/01  for orders placed from November 18th onwards.

 

 

 

Check the package upon receipt

It is important that, upon receiving your order, you verify that the package is in good condition, has not been opened, and shows no visible damage.
If the outer packaging is damaged upon delivery, we recommend following these steps:

  1. Ask the delivery person to note the damage when signing for the package.

  2. Take a photograph of the damaged package , making sure that the shipping label is also clearly visible.

  3. Write us an email to clientes@sepiia.com within 48 hours of receiving the order, attaching the image and any other relevant information.

This will allow us to manage the incident quickly and efficiently.

 

 

Inspection of the received garment

It is important that, upon receiving your order, you verify that the garment is in good condition and has no defects. If it is damaged at the time of delivery, we need you to follow these steps:
  1. Take a photograph of the damaged garment.
  2. Write us an email at customers@sepiia.com within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt of the order, attaching the image and any other relevant information.
