Exchanges and returns - Iberian peninsula
If you wish to exchange or return your garment you have 15 days from delivery to make your first exchange or return free of charge.
To manage it, follow these steps:
1. Contact us through clientes@sepiia.com requesting the exchange or return of the garment.
2. Once the exchange or return request has been received, the courier service will be instructed to proceed with the shipment and/or collection.
In the case of returns, the cost will be:
- At FREE collection point: Deliver the packaged garment to your nearest collection point within a maximum of 5 days from the request.
- At home 4,95€: You must confirm the collection address and allow 3 hours between 8:00-14:00 or 16:00-19:00 on working days.
In the case of exchanges, the cost will be:
- First exchange (at home): FREE
- Second change (at home): 4,95€.
For the home exchange, you must confirm the delivery address, we will send you the new garment and at the time of delivery we will pick up the one you already have.
3. When we receive the item we will proceed to confirm that everything is correct, this can take up to 30 days from the request.
If you have selected the semi-immediate refund through Reveni, you will receive the amount back within a couple of days through the same means by which you made the purchase.
If the purchase was made by cash on delivery, you must provide us with an account number (IBAN) to clientes@sepiia.com, to make the refund by bank transfer when we receive the garment.
We will not update the status of any returns or exchanges until we have received the item in our warehouse. In addition, we will not accept used items, items in poor condition and items without tags.
*No returns or exchanges are allowed on Sample Sale products, personalized shirts or gift cards. Gift card products are eligible for size and/or color exchanges.
Exchanges and returns - Balearic islands and International
You have 30 days to return your purchase. We do not offer exchanges. You can make a return and place a new order.
To manage it, follow these steps:
1. Contact us through our email address clientes@sepiia.com or customer service phone +34 647 715 822, indicating name and surname, address and your order number.
2. You must send the garment to our warehouse (shipping costs and possible customs charges will be borne by the customer, no package will be admitted in warehouse with unpaid expenses, so they must be delivered without any cost to be paid) at the following address:

3. When we receive the item we will proceed to refund the amount of the garment through the same means by which the purchase was made. The refund may take up to 30 days from the date of receipt in our warehouse.
We will not offer any refund until we have not received the item in our warehouse, in addition, we will not accept used garments, in poor condition and without tags.
*We do not accept returns or exchanges on sample sale items, custom shirts or gift cards. The products obtained with gift cards do admit size and/or color changes.

You can make an exchange or return at our shop in Madrid or Barcelona

You must provide the order number to our shop colleagues and the reason for the exchange/return.
