Exchanges and returns

Contact us at clientes@sepiia.com, requesting the exchange or return of the garment.
Once we receive your request, we will instruct the courier service to proceed with the delivery and/or collection.

Return costs

Drop-off point — FREE: Hand in the packaged garment at your nearest drop-off point within 5 days of your request.
Home collection — €4.95: Confirm the collection address and provide a 3-hour window between 08:00–14:00 or 16:00–19:00 on working days.

Exchange costs

First exchange (home delivery): FREE
Second exchange or a return (home): €4.95
For home exchanges, confirm the delivery address; we will send you the new garment and collect the one you have at the same time.

Once we receive the item, we will confirm that everything is correct. This may take up to 30 calendar days from your request.

If you selected a semi-immediate refund via Reveni, you will receive your refund within a couple of days through the same payment method used for the purchase.

If you paid cash on delivery, please send us your bank account number (IBAN) to clientes@sepiia.com so that we can issue the refund by bank transfer once we receive the garment.

We will not update the status of any exchange or return until the item has been received at our warehouse. We will not accept garments that are used, in poor condition, or without tags.

No exchanges or returns on “Sample Sale” products, personalised shirts, or gift cards. Products purchased with a gift card may be exchanged for size and/or colour.

Exchanges & Returns — Balearic Islands & International

You have 30 calendar days to return your purchase. We do not offer exchanges for these orders. You may return the item and place a new order.

To proceed, please follow these steps:

Send the garment to our warehouse within 5 days of your request (shipping and any customs costs are at the customer’s expense. We will not accept parcels with outstanding charges; items must be delivered with no costs due):

Once we receive the item, we will process the refund via the same payment method used for the purchase. Refunds may take up to 30 days from the date the item enters our warehouse.

Exchanges & Returns — Physical Stores

You can make an exchange or return at our stores in Madrid or Barcelona.

Please provide your order number to our store team and the reason for the exchange/return.

For in-store exchanges or returns, you have 15 calendar days from delivery.

Checking your package on delivery

When your order arrives, please make sure the parcel is in good condition, has not been opened, and shows no visible damage. If the outer packaging is damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend:

Ask the courier to record the damage when you sign for the parcel.
Take a photo of the damaged parcel, ensuring the shipping label is clearly visible.
Email us at clientes@sepiia.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, attaching the photo and any relevant information.

This will allow us to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.

Checking the garment received

When your order arrives, please check that the garment is in good condition and free of defects. If it is damaged on delivery, please:

Take a photo of the damaged garment.
Email us at clientes@sepiia.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, attaching the photo and any relevant information.
