The most frequently asked questions from our customers when they discover Sepiia: How to care for this garment so that it always looks as good as the first day.

- If it doesn't stain, how do you wash it?

In the washing machine, with clothes of similar colours, like any other garment. Repels stains from water-based liquids such as wine, soft drinks or beer, although it may stain from rubbing. Limitations of the stain repellent: works best with cold, sugar-free liquids, when poured within 15 cm of the garment, as is often the case with everyday accidents. It does not repel chemical or industrial stains, nor oil. As for tomato, it repels Orlando but struggles with other brands.

- How often do I wash it?

It doesn't need to be washed as much as a normal garment. After use, hang it on a hanger and you can wear it the next day: the silver nano-particles that make up the anti-bacterial treatment neutralise the bacteria that cause odour when we sweat so you can get more out of it. Depending on how you wear it, you can wear it 3 to 5 times without washing it.

- How do I deal with the thickest spots?

Viscous liquids, such as ketchup or syrups, glide more slowly over the fabric. Remember, don't rub! They will eventually penetrate the fabric. To remove them, pour water to wash the products away from the garment.

- How long do properties last?

We have carried out the corresponding tests in the AITEX laboratories to check that the antibacterial treatment that neutralises odour does not lose its properties after washing. The anti-stain treatment retains 90% effectiveness after 100 washes. To prolong its effectiveness, remember that you don't have to wash it after every use as it also neutralises body odour.

- Does it have to be ironed?

You don't need to: just hang it up after washing or wearing it and it will look as good as new. To prolong the effectiveness of the stain protector, you can give it a steam iron every 5-6 washes, but always at a medium-low temperature. A high iron temperature could damage the garment.
