Our garments can be washed as a normal garment in the washing machine or by hand. We always advise you to follow the washing instructions:

 · Do not use bleach

 · Iron at medium temperature / Two points of the iron maximum(120ºC)

 · Hand or machine wash cold (30-40ºC).

 · Do not dry clean

 · Wash with similar colors

We advise you to take the garment out of the washing machine and hang it on a hanger to dry. In this way, the fabric will return to its original position and you will avoid the annoying wrinkles.

 

Thanks to its technology, you will need to wash Sepiia garments less often than a normal garment. It all depends on how you use them, but they can be worn for days without needing to be washed.

Viscous liquids, such as ketchup or syrups, glide more slowly over the tissue. Remember Don't rub! This will eventually penetrate the fabric. To remove them, we recommend using water to wash the stain away from the garment.

The threads with which we make our fabrics have very small silver particles inside, which prevent the proliferation of odor-causing bacteria. In this way, we achieve garments that do not smell for longer.

Our thread is made with a 100% polyester anti-bacterial technical fiber with silver nanoparticles that neutralize the bacteria that cause bad smell when we sweat. We apply an anti-stain treatment that makes liquids slide off the garment.

Our latest collection is 100% circular: its origin is recycled, and it can be recycled ad infinitum. If you send us your garment when you want to recycle it, we will take care of it for you so that it can have a third life (and a fourth, and a fifth).

One of our main concerns is the care of the environment and people. The exact formula we use is one of our competitive advantages, so we can't tell you exactly what it is, but we can tell you that it is a completely safe product and does not contain any PFOS or PFOA substances.

Our anti-stain technology repels water-based liquids (coffee, juices, soft drinks) and oil-based liquids (sauces, ketchup). It does not repel stains such as rubbing or dust, although we are investigating this to improve the next collections. We have carried out the corresponding tests in the AITEX laboratories to check that the stain-repellent treatment retains 90% effectiveness after 90 washes. This may depend on the type of washing machine, detergent and washing program used.

To prolong its effectiveness remember that you don't have to wash it after every use as it also neutralises body odour. You can also iron the garment or tumble dry every 5 or 6 washes as the heat helps to reactivate the stain-resistant treatment.

Limitations: We seek to make a functional product, but we are not infallible; it works better with cold liquids than hot, better when liquids are sugar-free, and when poured within 15 cm of the garment, as is often the case with everyday accidents. With dense liquids such as sauces, do not rub the stain as it penetrates the fabric; instead, pour water over it so that the stain slides over the surface. Remember it's a high-tech garment, but it's not a toy. If you take good care of it, it will last much longer.

We guarantee that our garments neutralize body odor throughout the day by neutralizing the bacteria that cause body odor. We cannot guarantee that it does not smell of food or tobacco as these odours are not dependent on bacteria. Although the average wear time is between 3 and 5 wearings, we cannot tell you the number of days you can wear the shirt before washing it as everyone has different levels of perspiration. We do guarantee that the treatment does not lose effectiveness with washing; we have also carried out tests at AITEX with a 99.9% resistance to bacteria.

We have garments that minimize wrinkles (our plain coloured shirts, polo shirts and t-shirts) and garments where they are completely eliminated (our printed shirts, polo shirts and t-shirts). For best daily performance, we recommend hanging the garment on a hanger after washing, after use or after your travels and the next day you will see how the wrinkles disappear almost completely. If there are any small wrinkles, they are usually corrected with body heat when you wear it. You can iron it at a maximum of 120ºC (2 points on the iron) once every 10 washes or use a tumble dryer to reactivate the stain-resistance with the heat.

We guarantee that the garment has 0% shrinkage after washing throughout its life cycle. We have carried out the corresponding tests in the AITEX laboratories.

When we sweat the garment absorbs that moisture and spreads it over the surface of the garment to facilitate evaporation without it being noticeable from the outside. This effect works under normal conditions of daily use; although you can use it for sports, it is not designed for this purpose and we do not guarantee that it will exceed the absorption levels if you do strenuous exercise.

We provide several options for shipments in the Iberian Peninsula:

Free shipping if the order exceeds 50€ within 48/72 working hours within the Iberian Peninsula. If the order is less than 50€, shipping will cost 3.70€.

In PRE-SALE garments the delivery time will depend on our workshops. The estimated delivery time is specified on the garment when selecting the size.

Shipping in Europe* is free for orders over 100€. If the order is less than 100€, the shipping cost is 9€

Delivery times vary depending on the destination area: 

 · ZONE 1: Delivery in 2-5 days - Germany, UK, Italy, France, Belgium, Scotland, Holland, Luxembourg and Monaco.

 · ZONE 2: Delivery in 4-9 days - Ireland, Austria, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Romania.

We are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as transportation strikes, or due to adverse weather conditions such as the Filomena snowfall.

If you want to exchange your garment for another size or another model You have 15 days from delivery to make your first exchange free of charge (Iberian peninsula).

To manage it, please contact us through our email address, customers@sepiia.com, indicating name and surname, address and your order number as well as the new garment and size you want instead.

Once the request is received, we will proceed to send you the new garment through the courier agency and at the time of delivery, we will proceed to pick up the one you want to change. The change is made in the same delivery address, if you want to change it you must indicate it through email.

In the case of special sales such as Sample Sales, no exchanges are allowed.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 15 days of receipt at the address provided through the website. To do this, contact SEPIIA through our email address, customers@sepiia.com. In the email you must indicate that you are withdrawing from the purchase, name, surname, ID number and order number. We will reply to that email with the steps to follow.

Sepiia 2080 S.L. will pay the shipping costs of the garment when the order is over 79€ plus the costs of the first exchange or return within the Iberian Peninsula. In case of exchanging the garment a second time or making a return after the first exchange, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

In the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and abroad we manage the changes as a return and a new purchase, you have 14 days from delivery to do so, and the customer bears the shipping costs.

The name Sepiia refers to the sea cuttlefish whose skins are the most intelligent in the world. They can change the colour and texture of their skin in an elaborate and conscious way. In addition to relating it to this animal, it also refers to the old photographic development, where the sepia color was used so that these photographs would delay their degradation and resist with the passage of time.

The double "ii" comes from indumentaria inteligente (smart fashion in Spanish). 

We manufacture our garments locally. We produce the garments from the beginning: the fiber with which we build our fabrics and then the shirts. The fabric is made entirely in Spain, between Alicante, Valencia, Girona and Albacete, 100% recyclable and recycled. The confection takes place in Spain and Portugal.

Our garments have always been recyclable, and now they are also of recycled origin.

When we design garments, we do it thinking about their entire life cycle: The production is local and we use techniques that reduce water consumption. We design them to extend their useful life to the maximum, reducing washing cycles for their care and, when you want to recycle them, you can send us your garment and we will do it for you.

Thanks to the detailed study of our value chain carried out by BCOME, a pioneering company in textile transparency, we know that our garments consume 99% less water and emit 33% less CO2 than the same conventional cotton garment.

All our garments are recyclable. We use only one material to make it so. When you want to recycle your garment, send it to us and we will recycle it for you: the same supplier that manufactures our yarn also recycles it.

Our shirts and polo shirts are made of a material very similar to the best sportswear. They are soft and comfortable to the touch, and once you put them on, you will notice their technology.
