Shipping and returns policy

Express shipping: Receive your order in 1-2 business days for 4.70€. Free shipping for order over 50€: Takes 2-4 business days.

Free exchanges & returns in Spain and Portugal. In Europe, we process exchanges as a return + new purchase.

Door to door courier, you can choose where you wish to receive your item

you have 30 days to try the item at home and decide if you want to keep it.

We have different options in the Iberian Peninsula:

  • Free shipping for orders over 50€ you’ll receive it in 2-4 business days in Spain and Portugal. If your order is under 50€, shipping costs will be 3.70€.
  • Express shipping in 1-2 business days for 4.70€ in Spain and Portugal. If you make your order before 17h you’ll receive it the next business day.

Shipping to the Canary or Balearic islands has an additional charge of €10. Shipping in Europe charges differently depending on the destination.

For PRE-SALE or personalised items, the delivery time is 21 calendar days (25 in Europe).


Shipping in Europe is free in orders over 90€. For orders under 90€, the shipping cost is 9€.

The delivery time varies depending on the destination zone:

  • ZONE 1: Shipping in 2-5 business days – Germany, UK, Italy, France, Belgium, Scotland, The Netherlands, Luxembourg y Monaco.
  • ZONE 2: Shipping in 4-9 business days – Ireland, Austria, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and Romania

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or style, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to do so. To do so, contact SEPIIA via our email address customers@sepiia.com indicating your name, address and order number, as well as the new item you wish to receive in exchange. 

Once your request has been received, We will collect the item you wish to exchange at the time of delivery of the new item. The exchange will be made to the same delivery address as the original order. If you wish to receive the exchange at a different address, you must notify us of this via email.

If you need to exchange a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at clientes@sepiia.com. All claims for defective items must be reported to SEPIIA within a maximum period of 2 days from receipt of the goods. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform SEPIIA of any damage incurred by the package during transportation.

In order for an item to be accepted back into our warehouse, the following requirements must be met:

· It must not have been used, it must remain unwashed and undamaged.

· It must be returned completely, together with all its parts and accessories.

· It must be returned in its original packaging.

· You must provide a receipt, invoice or order reference.

Sepiia 2080 S.L. will bear the shipping costs for the order, plus the cost of the first exchange or return. If the item is exchanged a second time, or a return is requested after the first exchange, these shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

*IMPORTANT* Exchanges and returns are not accepted for PERSONALISED items. 

If you wish to exchange or return your item, you have 15 days to do so after receiving the order.

To request a return, you must contact the company via our email address customers@sepiia.com or customer service phone number, indicating your name, surname, address and order number. Once your request has been received, a courier will be sent to collect your return. You must provide us with a collection address, as well as a time period of 3 hours (between 8:00-14:00 or 16:00-19:00) when the package can be collected. 

After we have received and checked the product, your refund will be processed. In the event that the item shows damage caused by the customer, the company reserves the right to refuse a refund. The refund will be made through the same payment platform chosen at the time of payment (TPV or PayPal), or back to the same credit card or account from which the payment was made. If the order was paid for by cash on delivery, the customer must provide us with an account number to receive their refund via bank transfer. 

Refunds usually take between 5 and 15 days. Please do not hesitate to contact us if any problem arises.

2. You must send the item back to our warehouse at the following address (shipping costs shall be borne by the customer):

3.   Once we have received the item, we will proceed to refund you the order amount (minus shipping costs) through the same method as the original purchase was made.

We will not proceed with any exchange or return until we have received the item back into our warehouse.
