In Spain and Portugal, it depends on the type of shipping you choose when you place your order; with express shipping you will receive it in 1-2 business days and with standard shipping will arrive in 2-3 business days.
If your order is a pre-sale, we normally take 21 days to manufacture it. Please note that if it is a pre-sale, when you select the size you will see a message with the approximate delivery date, and we will also notify you in the email confirmation of purchase.
For orders to the rest of Europe, the delivery time and shipping cost depends on the destination country:
· ZONE 1: Delivery in 2-5 days - Germany, UK, Italy, France, Belgium, Scotland, Holland, Luxembourg and Monaco.
· ZONE 2: Delivery in 4-9 days - Ireland, Austria, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Romania.
We are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as transportation strikes, or due to adverse weather conditions such as the Filomena snowfall.
If you wish to exchange your garment for another size or another model, you have 15 days from delivery to do so. In December we extend the period for exchanges and returns until January 15th so that you don't have any problems with your gifts. To make the change, please contact us through our email address, firstname.lastname@example.org indicating name and surname, address and your order number as well as the new garment and size you want instead.
Once the request is received, we will proceed to send you the new garment through the courier agency and at the time of delivery, we will proceed to pick up the one you want to change. The change is made in the same delivery address, if you want to change it you must indicate it through email.

Outside the Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) exchanges are handled as a return and a new purchase.
In the Iberian Peninsula you have 15 days to try the product before exchanging or returning it. To return a product, you must contact us through our email address email@example.com or customer service phone number, indicating name and surname, address and order number. Once the request is received, the courier service will be ordered to pick it up. You must indicate us the pick-up address, giving us a margin of 3 hours (between 8:00-14:00 or 16:00-19:00) to be able to pick up the package.
We wanted to make it easy for you, that's why we have created our sizes with the measure of the standard sizes.
In the men's collection, if you are between two sizes, we recommend that you choose the larger size for shirts and the smaller size for polo shirts and t-shirts.
Women's T-shirts have a loose fit. If you like to wear tighter clothes, choose a size down. For shirts, choose the size you usually wear. Oversize shirts have a wide fit, while slim shirts are more fitted.
When choosing your size, please note that our garments do not shrink.
