Shipping, Returns and Exchanges Policy
Peninsula (Spain and Portugal)
We give you several options for shipping in the Iberian Peninsula:
Free shipping if the order exceeds 50€ in a delivery time of 48/72 working hours within the Iberian Peninsula. If the order is less than 50€, shipping will cost 3.70€.
In PRE-SALE garments the delivery time will depend on our workshops. The estimated delivery time is specified on the garment when selecting the size.
On customized garments the delivery time is 31 days.
We are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as transport strikes, or due to adverse weather conditions such as the Filomena snowfall.
If you wish to exchange your garment for another size or another model, you have 15 days from delivery to do so.
To manage an exchange, contact SEPIIA through our email address, customers@sepiia.com indicating name and surname, address and your order number as well as the new garment you want instead.
Once the request is received, we will proceed to send you the new garment through the courier agency and at the time of delivery, we will proceed to pick up the garment you want to change. The change is made in the same delivery address, if you want to change it you must indicate it through email.
In case the change is because the item received is damaged or because the item received is wrong, please contact us through clientes@sepiia.com. All claims for defects in the goods must be reported to SEPIIA within a period not exceeding 2 days from receipt of the goods. It is the responsibility of the buyer to inform SEPIIA of any damage to the package during transport.
In order for the item to be accepted back into our warehouse the following requirements must be met:
- It must not have been used, must be unwashed and without any damage.
- It must be returned completely with all its parts and accessories.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- Provide a receipt, invoice or order reference.
Sepiia 2080 S.L. will bear the cost of shipping the garment when the order is over 79€, and also the cost of the first exchange or return. In case of a second exchange or return after the first exchange, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
If you wish to return your garment you have 15 days from delivery to do so. In December we extend the period for exchanges and returns until January 15 so that you do not have problems with the gifts.
To return a product, you must contact us through our email clientes@sepiia.com or telephone customer service, indicating name and surname, address and order number. Once the request is received, the courier service will be ordered to pick it up. You will have to indicate the collection address, giving a margin of 3 hours (between 8:00-14:00 or 16:00-19:00) to be able to collect the package.
After receiving and verifying the product, the money will be refunded if applicable. In the event that the garment is damaged caused by the customer, the company reserves the right not to refund the amount to the customer. The refund is made through the payment platform chosen at the time of payment (POS or Paypal) and the credit card or account from which the payment was made, in the case of having paid by cash on delivery, the customer must provide us with an account number to make the payment of the amount by bank transfer.
Returns usually take up to a maximum of 30 days. With any problems that may arise, always contact us.

Balearic Islands
Shipping to the Balearic Islands carries an additional cost of 6€ + VAT. Sepiia is not responsible for any additional costs or delays that may be generated in admissions, controls and customs.
In PRE-SALE garments the delivery time is 21 calendar days.
In the Balearic Islands and abroad we manage the changes as a return and a new purchase, you have 14 days from delivery to
do so.
To manage it, follow these steps:
1. Contact SEPIIA through our email address, clientes@sepiia.com indicating name and surname, ID, address and your order number.
2. You must send the garment to our warehouse (shipping costs and possible customs charges will be borne by the customer) at the following address:

3. When we receive the item we will proceed to refund the amount of the garment (not the shipping) through the same means by which the purchase was made.
We do not offer any exchange/returns until we have received the item in our warehouse.

Europe
Shipments outside Spain and Portugal, are free for orders over 100€. If the order is less than 100€, the shipping cost is 9€.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination zone:
ZONE 1: Delivery in 2-5 days - Germany, Italy, France, Belgium, Scotland, Holland, Luxembourg and Monaco.
ZONE 2: Delivery in 4-9 days - Ireland, Austria, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Romania.

United States and Canada: Standard Shipping 5-12 days. Shipping cost is 25 euros
Mexico: Standard Shipping 5-12 days. Shipping cost is 25 euros
Other countries: Standard Shipping 7-15 days. Shipping cost is 30 euros
If you wish to make a change in size or garment, you must contact our customer service team. Changes outside of Spain will be made as a total return and a new purchase. To manage it, follow these steps:

2. You must send the garment to our warehouse (shipping costs and possible customs costs will be borne by the customer) at the following address:

The refund can take a maximum of 30 days from when we receive the item in our warehouse. With any problem that may arise, always contact us.
In the event that the exchange/return is because the item received is damaged or because the item received is wrong, contact us at clientes@sepiia.com. All claims for defects in the merchandise must be reported to SEPIIA within a period not exceeding 2 days from receipt of the merchandise. It is the buyer's responsibility to inform SEPIIA of any damage that has occurred to the package during its transportation.
