*Free shipping if the order exceeds 70 € within 48/72 working hours within the Iberian Peninsula. If the order is less than 70€, shipping will cost 3.70€.
For personalized garments the delivery time is 31 days.
We are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as transport strikes, or due to adverse weather conditions.
Exchanges and returns - Peninsula and Balearic Islands
If you wish to exchange or return your garment you have 15 days from delivery to make your first exchange or return free of charge.
To manage an exchange or return contact us through our email address, customers@sepiia.com or customer service phone +34 647 715 822, indicating your name, address and your order number. In case of requesting an exchange, you must also provide the new garment and size you want instead.
Once the exchange or return request is received, the courier service will be ordered to proceed with the shipment and/or collection. You must confirm the shipping and/or pick-up address, and provide a 3-hour window between 8:00-14:00 or 16:00-19:00 on business days.
After having received and verified the product, the corresponding amount will be refunded, if applicable. In the event that the garment is damaged by the customer, the company reserves the right not to refund the amount to the customer. The refund is made through the payment method chosen at the time of payment (POS or Paypal) and to the credit card or account from which the payment was made, in the case of having paid by cash on delivery, the customer must provide an account number to make the payment of the amount by bank transfer.
The refund can take a maximum of 30 days from the time we receive the garment in the warehouse. If you experience any problem, please contact us.
Please find below the requirements that must be met in order for the item to be accepted back into our warehouse:
- It must not have been used, it must be unwashed and without any damage.
- It must be returned completely with all its parts and accessories.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- Provide a receipt, invoice or order reference.
All claims for defects in merchandise must be reported within 2 days of receipt of the merchandise. It is the buyer's responsibility to inform Sepiia of any damage to the package during transport.
Sepiia 2080 S.L. will bear the costs of the first exchange or return on the Peninsula. In case of a second exchange or return after the first exchange, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
*Sample Sale products, personalized shirts or gift cards cannot be exchanged or returned. Products obtained with gift cards do admit size and/or color changes.
In the case of the Balearic Islands, we manage the changes as a return and a new purchase, you have 15 days from delivery to do so.

2. You must send the garment to our warehouse (shipping costs and possible customs charges will be borne by the customer) at the following address:
